Prince Edward Terrace
On this project, we were tasked with creating a games room along with outdoor dining for our clients. The design consisted of a butterfly roof over a solid, insulated structure, along with a toilet and a hidden storage unit to the rear.
On the front elevation to the building, we included an automated pergola with built-in LED lighting, along with an outdoor kitchen for use throughout the whole year. Inside the building, we allowed for pool, table tennis, darts and also future-proofed the building for a golf simulator at a later date. This building required planning, which we received upon the first application.
