Green & Grey Contrast

This small city garden required a complete overhaul to make it more functional and practical for the clients using Green & Grey contrast. It also needed to work with their interior style to create a seamless flow from inside the house out into the garden. Very simple grey tones worked with the bold basalt cladding on the step and around both feature walls either side of the garden. Very simple planting was used to retain the contemporary feel by block planting using box hedging, grasses, agapanthus and 4 specimen espalier parrotica persica. The back bed through the wall window is filled with hydrangea annabelle and evergreen ferns. This is a garden for entertaining throughout the day and evening
