1.3 acres of bliss. This site was flat throughout but the main benefit in its original state was the maturity of the surrounding trees which now form an amazing backdrop to this newly designed garden.

Part of the design was to create level changes to introduce much more interest to the shapes proposed. Split level lawns were added into the main back garden area which are mainly for play but also to keep manicured to keep the garden looking lush all year. Varied seating areas were positioned perfectly from the calming pool for nice chilling out in the morning , across the back of the house for during the day and the large custom designed and built garden room for the evening where one can entertain late into the night by uses of the outdoor kitchen, remote controlled fire, dining, TV for all sporting occasions and of course relaxing on the large L-shaped sofa.

Varied raised planters and feature walls were introduced for good focal points  visible from all around the garden and from inside the house. A new resin driveway was installed which links a double car garage which was a large part of the brief for the overall design. Extensive planting and lighting schemes were included to really bring this really amazing garden alive. This garden is the overall winner for domestic garden design and build at the ALCI awards 2022.
